2013 PHOTO SHARING/PHOTO CONTEST

Colorado River & Trail Expeditions has developed this photography section of our website for Photo Sharing amongst guests. CRATE guests will be able to share up to 10 of their best photos with fellow rafters from their trip. In addition, we are hosting a photo contest with some incredible prizes. The photo contest will have three categories: Landscape, River, and People. Photo contest entrants can enter up to six photos in the contest. The contest will close on November 30, 2012. The Grand Prize winner receives a free 12-Day Grand Canyon Photography Trip hosted by Tom Till in May of 2014. The winner from each category will win a trip of their choice through Desolation Canyon, Cataract Canyon or Westwater Canyon. Photographs earn points through an algorithm that takes into consideration how many likes the photo receives, how often it is shared on social media outlets, and how many times it is downloaded by fellow trip-mates. Before photos are uploaded users will have to agree to our privacy policy and grant permission to Colorado River & Trail Expeditions the use of their photos for all and any media.

After creating a login and accepting our Rules,Terms,Conditions and Privacy Policy, users can upload up to 10 photos. A maximum of 6 of the 10 can be entered in the photo contest. Users may also enter the contest without sharing them amongst fellow guests from their trip. Remember when you upload photos to write up a good description about the photo, photographer, and place.
