We feel it is important that our clients talk to one of our office
staff prior to booking a trip. This gives us a chance to get acquainted with you,
and we can answer any final questions you might have.
When you have decided which trip you prefer, please
call us at (800) 253-7328 to check availability and to reserve your space.
We require a deposit of 1/3 the trip total or $300 per person,
whichever is less. You may reserve over the telephone with a
Visa or Mastercard, or we can hold the reservation for you until
you are able to send a check.
When we confirm your reservation we will send you a detailed trip planning
packet that includes everything you need to
bring, as well as information about pre- and post-trip
transportation and lodging options.
In order to complete the reservation process, you will need to fill out a Reservation Form and send it to our office, along with a signed Acknowledgement of Risk. You may print these documents at home and send them to us, or you may request that we send them to you in the trip planning packet. |
